Puppy Spot made it easy and a quality experience. Jaxson, my new mini-golden doodle, already knew how to sit at 12 weeks! He's the sweetest dog and they kept me in the loop the entire time to send me photos before he was old enough to travel and come home. He was delivered near my home and i picked him up, it was seamless and they even sent a really nice care package with a nice bed, collar, food bowls, etc.. Very pleased with Puppy Spot!

Everything was easy and it was very easy to communicate with Puppy spot when I had a question. I brought our Labrador Retriever home yesterday and my little girls are head over heels in love with him. I highly recommend this service and would 100% use again.

To force a senior with eye diseases to have to drive in the dark was extremely disrespectful. The drivers of Premier could have delivered closer to where live and could have waited until daylight. When I got to Latham, they were asleep in their van, so it was no big deal for them to wait one more hour. After that, they refused to give me the carrier - which I had paid for, by the way - to bring the puppy home. I am very dis-satisfied with the way this one went down.

The whole experience was so smooth . I have to give a huge thank you to Lisa for being so patient with me while I was going back an forth trying to make a choice between 3 different time of dogs. Not only she was patient but she had the right words which help me make my choice. Today Beta join our family .
