Easy process to get our new puppy

We are very happy with PuppySpot services. The process was easy and seamless. The puppy arrived home healthy and happy.

Giving out breeder information and knowing the conditions the puppy comes from is so very important! A simple search after getting my puppy (now having all his paperwork) shows he comes from a breeder that breeds ELEVEN different types of dogs at one time! I got him at 20 weeks old and I have never met a more nervous, anxious, and scared puppy. He clearly has had very limited human interaction or any form of socialization. I opted for a breeder meet up and he given to me absolutely filthy. Communication with Puppyspot itself was fine. They responded to emails after phone call follow ups for the most part. I can't stress the importance of knowing where these dogs are coming from. Now having the puppy and breeders information I can see the advertising for every puppy they have, why cant that be communicated through puppy spot?

We are so happy that we went with Puppy Spot to adopt our baby girl. It was a smooth process and we couldn’t be happier.

Our experience was great — not sure how it could’ve been better. I saw many negative reviews, but nearly all of the criticisms were related to people’s objection to puppy breeding over adoption. The dog we adopted is precious and healthy and I appreciate the service they provided to us.
