My representative was friendly and helpful. There was 3 different delays in getting my puppy. It wasn't a smooth process. First the loan had to be processed twice, then the breeder wasn't notified about the sale of the puppy. Then the money cost to get airline tickets rescheduled three times. This process was triple the cost of the airlines and loan amount was increase due to processing twice. Communication was just not there.

Amanda and Alan were kind and extremely helpful and the puppy breeder was also very easy to work with! The puppy is adorable, healthy, smart and potty trained! So happy!!
