Customer service, follow ups, and delivery have all been great!

I am supposed to receive a name tag, leash, bowls for water and food. The dog must be vet checked and then gotten ethe owner. It makes one comfortable with purchasing a pet. They've sent messages about vaccinations, vets and much more. I had a convoluted situation and they could accommodate e changes as well.

This experience has been amazing. Foley is just wonderful. Foley is just a joy and so sweet.

This is a second post you’ll see why momentarily We had the dog to the vet first thing and come to find out the puppy has gardia a parasite and somehow passed his vet check when he can’t pass ours I’m super displeased now I have to worry about the rest of my animals getting the same thing. Be careful folks I still have to spend money to fix their mess up could’ve been prevented by proper steps which were clearly not effective!!! We have asked for payment and they still won’t pay up for the bills or the other animals they infected as well don’t purchase a dog from these ppl save yourself the time and money!!!

I am very happy with my new puppy. However, I think when you list a price for the puppy, it should be the actual total price. I felt slammed with the $500 extra fees and it would have been another $500 if I hadn't been close enough to pick the puppy up myself. The puppies in this site are extremely expensive anyway and I was stretching it just to pay the price listed. I will never get a puppy from this site again
