We LOVE our puppy! Our family always wanted a puppy but we are allergic and were always nervous about bringing a puppy home...how could we make sure we wouldn't be allergic to our puppy? PuppySpot took care of all of these concerns for us. They helped us find the perfect puppy (mini bernedoodle) and facilitated the entire journey. She's healthy, happy, cuddly and cute! And as a plus...we aren't allergic to her :) Shea's absolutely wonderful and we feel so blessed to have her in our lives.

This is the 2nd puppy I have bought with you guys. You did a lot better this time than last time. You still have some issues I think needs to be worked on. I wasn't asked when and where to send out the puppy box AGAIN. It would be nice if you would call and schedule when this come to a persons house. I was in Texas at the time and you sent it to Illinois. It sat on my porch for 5 days. 2nd issue was I had to call to get the contact info for the dealer 2 days prior. Why don't you put that in a time line and tell people, hey on this date 3 or 5 or 7 days before you pick up you puppy we will send you the contact info.

This is my second time getting a puppy from Puppyspot and the people were great to work with. The puppy is fitting into the family with lots of kisses and love.

We are very pleased with Premier, Pet Transport and PuppySpot for a great delivery experience. We were a bit apprehensive at first, but we came to trust the proactive communications and fully respect the careful process that led to a smooth and safe delivery of our pup.
