The drivers were courteous and on time. Paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. Explained everything we needed to know. The delivery was handled by Dallas and Nathan T of Premier Pet Transport.

I feel like the communication could have been better. No one explained to me that the dogs only fly in on Wednesdays, so I was a little upset that I could not pick up my puppy from the airport myself.

On time, no waiting had everything ready very easy. She was clean happy and healthy. First time and would definitely use them again and recommend. They keep you informed throughout and after. Thank you so much for bring our new furry baby safely to us. You all are wonderful

The puppy shower was great and took care of a lot of things I would have purchased. Don.t like the shredded paper but every thing went great! My 5 year old beagle boxer mix has taken to her well and training her. couldn't be happier

My third review for PuppySpot because they are that good. I was extremely skeptical to purchase a puppy from a website. After doing so, I can say my experience has been stellar all across the board and my beautiful puppy was delivered healthy, happy and as promised. PuppySpot is extremely responsive – every phone call was answered in person and my concerns were addressed with compassion and professionalism. The transport company was stellar, texted when they said they would and arrived exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend purchasing a puppy through PuppySpot.

We had never purchased a puppy from anything but a breeder so buying through puppy spot made us a bit anxious. All I can say is it was a wonderful experience. The communication was amazing and the breeder we ended up getting our Labrador from was also amazing. Definitely not a puppy mill but a caring breeder. Our little girl is beautiful and very healthy. The only downside to puppy spot is the cost. Also, I did not understand why we had to pay to drive three hours to pick our girl up. Other than that, we would not hesitate to buy through them again.
