We had a very good experience dealing with PuppySpot through Brittany.

We were a bit skeptical about purchasing a puppy out of state and wondering if even legit..but we took a chance and now have the perfect mini Golden Doodle, Jaron. The entire process was pretty seamless from start to finish. We recd him in perfect condition at the 3 week mark..which we were told would be 2 to 3 weeks to receive him. The transporters from Premier Pet Transport were awesome, Nathan B and Gary. They kept us informed on Jaron's delivery and even arrived a little bit early with 5 more pups to be delivered in South Florida. They met us at a mutual spot just miles from our home and made the exchange process quick and easy..obviously pros at doing this..and knew my puppy had been in great hands...just another part of the process without any complaints.

Chuck and Skyler did a great job delivering my puppy safe and sound. They kept me updated with texts and they were very nice people. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend to purchase a puppy from puppy spot.

PuppySpot was amazing to work with. Their communication was great, patient with answering all my questions and helping to walk me through next steps, quick to reply and make the process seamless. I would recommend to anyone looking for a puppy family member!

Chuck and Skyler transported our new puppy were beyond excellent. I could feel the love that they have for their furry passengers and that made me feel so good. I love my puppy so much

For the Premier Pet Transport drivers Dallas and Nathan T., I give a 5. Our dog seemed happy and well adjusted after a long journey from Indiana to California. However for Puppyspot, I have to give them a 3. First off, we order the starter package and training package from them and it didn’t arrive before or with our dog. So we had to buy all those things and request a refund for these packages. Then, the dog was not up to date on vaccinations based on his age. We had started outdoor potty training and now per vet advice, we have to revert to indoor pee pads and keep him indoors for a couple of weeks until his vaccinations have reached full strength. Puppyspot should do a better job vetting breeders and making sure the dogs are all up to date with vaccines before they travel. Finally a lot of hidden costs to get the puppy to our door. We paid nearly double the price listed for the puppy.

Premier Pet Transport with Chuck and Skyler did an excellent job in verifying identity and preparing our puppy for delivery to my wife and myself. Great job guys
