Got dog on Friday. Fed him and gave him nutri-cal as they instructed. Today puppy is hospitalized with fluid in abdomen and hasn’t eaten in over 24 hours. Paid a lot of money for delivery and they shipped him in a Sprinter Van to a meet up spot in Corona. (I live in Newport Beach). Not really a big deal. However, I purchased dog on April 1 and they couldn’t get it here until April 26. The worst part is once you pay they have your number on caller ID and if you call them to get status it will route you to a voicemail. Block your number and call again they answer on first ring. This company is horrible in my opinion. Sell you hard and collect your cash. Once they get your cash they put you in a Que and you just wait. I hope this puppy lives. It was supposed to have a vet exam before they let him go. Be very cautious before ordering from here. Worst experience of my life.

This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I was kept informed on a daily basis and my only hump was a mixup on the offers of the extra add on packages, but I loved everything in them, even though I didn’t order them.

We were searching for a specific breed of dog and there were none in our area. We found puppy spot and did a deep vetting process on the company. We then called them and worked with Derek from Austin TX. I had a laundry list of about 40 questions to vet them even more. During my interview, Derek explained how their internal breeder vetting process that consist of over 150 breeder qualifications which included site visits from the puppy spot and also the breeder must be USDA approved which is even another layer of vetting. Examples of these qualifications include but not limited to breeder environment. Cleanliness, complete vetenary records and so on. The mother can only have three litters and then must be retired. Breeders must repeat this vetting process every year.we were also vetted by the puppy spot as they don't want their pups going to people who may not have the best intentions or prepared to care for a new puppy. I appreciated that part of the vetting process Our breeder has been certified for two years and scored exceptionally high. We bought the pup and was transported via ground by puppy spot premier pet transport in a beautiful Mercedes cargo transport van. Our chaperones were Nathan B. And Gary. We met them at the pre determined spot not far from our home. They were both very professional, courteous and I knew our pup was transported by caring trained individuals. We felt great that they only use highly vetted breeders and not puppy mills. I would highly recommend the puppy spot as a company who does the right thing.in our packet we received impeccable complete dvm vaccination records from day one to current along with complete physical,neurological condition reports. Nothing was overlooked. Vision, hearing, stimulus reactions etc etc. We will bring her to our long time trusted dvm on Tuesday for another complete checkup. She was delivered to us in pristine condition. She was spotlessly clean and oh that new puppy smell! She was obviously well cared for during her trip to our area. She showed no signs of stress. The breeder has obviously done a great job giving her socialization interaction with her siblings and of course her mom. She is enjoying exploring her new forever home and she's a curious outgoing amazing pup exactly as described. We are already in love with our new pup as she has exhibited extreme energy, a healthy appetite and instantly started playing with our current dog who is a similar breed and is 2 years old. They are immediately bonding and playing together. It's wonderful to watch them zoom zoom zoom. Thank you Derek, Gary, and Nathan B. For getting us the pup we wanted!!
