We love our new Aussie puppy, Rusty McGill! He clearly came from an attentive breeder who offered a loving home environment in Rusty's early months. This little muffin can't get enough cuddles. I asked about his personality and the personality of his parents. The breeder sent all the info that I needed. We purchased a mini-Aussie from Puppy Spot five years ago and the two dogs are now great friends.

Delivered a beautiful puppy in the timeframe promised. Just love this boy! Info from the breeder on updates such as size and weight could have been better.

I was tired of scams until I found PuppySpot. It was the best option that I chose. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with her dream dog (German Shepherd). The process was easy, the staff kept me up to date with our Ace. When the day of pick up both Nathan B. And Gary kept me inform of Ace and the time frame. When I arrived they were helpful and the transfer was great. Overall experience was amazing. I will definitely recommend PuppySpt and pet premier if you decide on getting your dream dog

Premier Pet Transport did a wonderful job. The drivers, Dallas and Nathan, were helpful and friendly. They kept in touch with updates about arrival time. These Guys were great!

We have an adorable yellow lab we acquired through puppy spot and the experience was pleasant. Our puppy supposedly came from four generations of show dogs and had documentation showing the parents had no medical or joint issues. We requested this information prior to the purchase and were told they can’t supply this information in advance because people have been known to modify the paperwork for other dogs. We were assured the paperwork existed and it would be included in the packet that arrives when the puppy is delivered. Unfortunately, we received no such paperwork and we have contacted puppy spot numerous times and get no where. I am hoping by sending this review someone will contact us and supply us with the promised documentation. After numerous phone calls after this review, puppy spot finally contact me. I don’t get anywhere and asked to speak to a manager. A few days later someone who said she was a manager called back. She was nasty and unprofessional and offered me a 10% discount because they DO NOT have the documentation they promised or I could return the dog at my expense and not be credited for what we paid…are you kidding me! We paid $4,000.00 for our puppy and she is part of our family. When I asked to speak to an actual manager, I was told to hire a lawyer and have my attorney call. All calls are recorded, but obviously no one listens to them or this so called manager wouldn’t have a job. Dogs are living creatures and puppy spot is no more than a puppy mill at expensive prices.

My puppy is what I expected, more or less. Puppyspot had him listed as silver dapple color. His papers, included with him say blue merle. No GREAT BIG deal, The GREAT BIG DEAL is that we tested his stool on the 26th. He has raging coccidia and was positive for giardia. We are, of course treating him for both. He had his overall physical today and passed with no other problems. On his health record his stool samples were negative. He did not develop these problems overnight. This makes you look bad, not horrible, but not the best. This is all an FYI.

We are very pleased with the professional service provided by Puppy Spot and Premier Transport. After my daughter got her sweet, healthy puppy through Puppy Spot, she referred us to look for a puppy for ourselves. Our puppy has just arrived and is healthy and already settling into his new home. Puppy Spot provided detailed information required about his breeder, parents, Vet exams, vaccinations, AKC registration and next steps needed in his care. He has already been checked out by our Vet and sailed through with flying colors. The whole experience dealing with this online pet adoption service was excellent.
