Had great communication with Chuck and Mark. You can tell that they appreciate their "cargo" and are definitely dog lovers. They left MO on Tuesday night arriving in Latham, NY just outside of Albany on Thursday around 1 PM ahead of their scheduled 2 PM arrival. From there, they were headed to MI. They were courteous, extremely informative and a joy to do business with. You can be proud of your selection of Premier Pet Transport. I am sure that traveling away from family and friends might have its down side, but you would never know this seeing the joy in these 2 men. Kudos on your choice of transport companies.

Nathan T. and Dallas were really amazing. They would not ignore my calls, leave voice mails and above all had an A-Class van where I knew my puppy was safe. He bonded to me as soon as they handed him to me. I knew he was taken care of. My carrier did not get delivered on time and I had a small box but they provided me a carrier as a gesture of kindness. As a first time owner of a pet I cannot be more happy with the service.

The people that helped me get my puppy were amazing and even helped get him home sooner than expected. I’m so happy with my beautiful puppy.

We were given a lot of information and any questions that we had were answered. The experience went very smoothly and with a wonderful new family member at the end. Thanks so much.

This is my second time finding my beautiful Cocker Spaniel. This time I elected to have my baby transported to me. I was a bit nervous about the travel plan and how my baby would get to me and if my baby would be OK and it was overall a great service.

Nathan and Dallas delivered our puppy right on time. They were in contact with us the night before and in the morning so we were confident that the pickup would go smoothly...and it did.
