Chuck and Mark kept us well informed took good care of our pup and you could tell they love what they do. The best part is they arrived 3 hours early to boot that was awesome!

5 star all the way - our puppy arrived happy, healthy and on time. Puppy spot communicated with us at every step- we love our pup!

Our little Mia, (Jo), arrived yesterday by plane accompanied by a chaperone who kept us informed of their travels and sent pictures. The chaperone was great and Mia was a happy little puppy when the transfer was made. Freddy gave us all of Mia's medical records and other paperwork. Mia had her vet appointment today and the vet was impressed at the excellent and thorough medical records. Mia got a clean bill of health. We think the breeder did a wonderful job of raising little Mia as she has been a real sweetheart. She is playful, affectionate and is learning her environment and already going to the door to go out! She loves to play with the ball and the other toys. We are so pleased with our new little family member.

We heard about Puppyspot through a friend, but never having gotten a dog online, truthfully, we were a bit nervous and skeptical. When learning about the travel process, we were a bit confused, as there was not much information, which did make us a bit worried. The week of our pickup date though, all the needed information flooded through, and our nerves eased quickly! They communicated clearly with us and made the process so easy. If you're in the same boat and are a bit skeptical like we were, I'm a testament to say that it is so worth it! She arrived early and our vet said she was the definition of perfection! She is the most fun, cuddly girl. Puppyspot is legitimate and when picking up our new girl, our transport team, Chuck and Mark were incredible, and you could tell how much they loved those pups! They even gave us a blanket with her mom's scent on it for her comfort. It was such a great experience, and our Winnie girl is absolutely perfect! Although prices are a bit steep, I highly recommend Puppyspot!
