My experience with Puppy Spot was…Horrific
My experience with Puppy Spot was deplorable. First there were two dogs with the same name and I received a different puppy than the one I thought I ordered. I received a puppy with ear infection and diarrhea. She was dirty, with a terrible odor and completely unkept with hair that was straight, about 5 inches long that hampered her sight. She is supposed to be a poodle but I couldn’t tell what breed she was. The fact that there are separate teams handling the purchase allows each team to have no accountability because each team opens with the complete lack of knowledge about the former team.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful experience with PuppySpot. Derek answered my questions and made the process easy. Our driver was Dallas who arrived ahead of schedule which was much appreciated. Our puppy smelled great and was clean. Dallas was friendly and had a calm demeanor as well.

Everything was handled professionally
Everything was handled professionally. The purchase, delivery window for us was perfect. The pick up of Nash was easy. He was in good spirits, considering his journey from Indiana. He has fit into our family well. Eating and sleeping happiest were accurately explained to us and he is doing great.

So so happy!!
Was a tad skeptical like some other people here but was astonished how perfect the whole experience was. Alan told us exactly what we needed to know and the delivery of our perfect little girl was wonderful. Chuck and Skyler delivered our newest family member exactly as expected and we couldn’t be happier with her and the experience!! Thank you!!

Great Experience
I was skeptical purchasing a puppy online, but the breed I wanted wasn’t bred anywhere near us. From the beginning when we were first looking at pups, PuppySpot (Alan) was very responsive and even after we purchased, while waiting for our puppy he answered all concerns quickly. Alan was communicative and helpful. I was worried about the transport, but Mark and Chuck were in constant contact. My puppy was clean and taken care of during the trip. My family and I are very happy with our puppy and the experience of purchasing him.
