My first contact was with Sarah Dowling, she assured me of Puppyspot and adopting Tiffany. Other representatives were nice but would not have built my confidence. Tiffany is a very good puppy. Thanks for the puppy kit.

I was able to connect with the Breeder and exchange important information before and after I picked up my Theo. Theo has all of the best characteristics of standard poodles including intelligence, a desire to please, and loving cuddles.

The process was pretty easy and simple. I appreciate the follow up calls, text messages and emails throughout the waiting period and delivery. Our new family member was exactly as pictured, I was made aware of any vet concerns and even had the chance to change my mind. I'm glad I didn't, our new family members is a joy and a lot of energy. This was my first experience making this type of decision online, and we can say we're delighted from start to finish.

Selling process was good and personal but since we made the purchase the customer service has been non existent. When we had questions nobody would get back to us or they send back emails not answering our question with bogus answers. Felt A.I. generated. But.... we get bombarded with email and text trying to sell us more stuff like pet insurance, vet care, dental services, training, puppy food, toys etc etc. More sales, more sales, more sales but no customer service. Disappointing

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the initial process was positive, but we’re sorry to hear about the lack of follow-up and overwhelming sales communications. This isn’t the experience we strive for, and we apologize for the frustration caused. Someone from our Puppy Care Specialist team will reach out to you shortly to address your concerns and provide the support you need. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Throughout the purchase PuppySpot kept me informed and updated about my puppy. The delivery was smooth and seamless. Merlin arrived happy and has adjusted well to his new surroundings, although he didn't like his bath very much! I would recommend PuppySpot to anyone in their quest for the perfect dog for their home.
