Puppy Spot and Premier Pet Transport both exceeded our expectations. Both were very informative on delivery options, the process, and set our expectations. Rarely does everything go as planned, however, everything throughout the process of purchasing this dog and delivery did go as planned. Everyone was professional and sincerely happy with their role in the process. The drivers who delivered our pup were very nice and seemed genuinely happy for us. The puppy slept through the night in a crate with a soft bed and stuffed animal and the next day was bouncing around exhibiting ZERO stress! Great I love puppy spot

As an elite breeder that offers lifetime health warranties on my puppies, I highly would not recommend using Puppy Spot. I started the application to work with Puppy Spot recently. I completed all questions and they seemed like a wonderful company to pair with that actually cares about dogs, until the final oral questionnaire. First my deworming protocol was not deemed “unsuitable” even though my vet program has been set by two veterinarians from Cornell University. My puppies are not dewormed until week 6 or 7 and do not need deworming before that age as they always produce negative fecals. Puppy Spot representative tried to inform me regardless, I would need to start deworming my puppies at 2 weeks which has actually been found to be unnecessary and harms their gut health. Second, the travel options the puppy spot representative informed me one of the methods for travel would be flying the puppies cargo. I informed her I do not and cannot allow my puppies to fly cargo, it is 100% unsafe for them due to their size and nature of the breed. She informed me, transport is decided by the buyer, and if I won’t allow my puppies to fly cargo I would not be accepted in the program. I explained to her 2 and 3x how this was unacceptable and that the health of my dogs would be at risk. I also informed her I currently transport my puppies nationwide and I have safe means of transport for my puppies, but that was denied for use. Companies that actually care about the animals listen to good breeders and will never put a puppy in danger for a sale. I am very very disappointed with Puppy Spot.

We are very happy to get our new puppy Hazel. She’s very active already. The drivers, Nathan and Ryan were very communicative about the process, which we greatly appreciate so kudos to Premiier Pet Transport.

I didn’t think I would order a gorgeous puppy on line the day that I did. Puppy Spot just made it too easy. The longer we spoke… the more confident I became to make a purchase. They keep you posted throughout the transaction process. They answered all my questions before I had a chance to ask them!

We were so happy to finally get our puppy home! One thing that would have been very helpful…is if we could have had a conversation with her breeder to find out more about her like, habits, demeanor…before we got her home. We attempted to do this through a Puppy Spot representative but our request wasn’t followed through and we were never able to have that conversation. Our puppy (GiGi) is a little sweetie though…she will be so loved by my husband Charlie and I! 🐶🐶🐾

Well intended organization but the execution was terrible. Very unorganized, and the communication from puppyspot bordered between inaccurate to comical.

While I adore my new puppy and we are settling in, I’ve not enjoyed the process of a blind purchase. I had questions for the breeder but it seems none ever reached the breeder. I have no idea how she was raised or anything about them. I feel like this might have helped ease into the first few days of her arrival. The transport is traumatic for puppies. The breeder had shredded paper in the kennel and we cleaned out about two cups of paper dust from the kennel when she arrived at the airport. Nasty and could not have been good for the pup. Much as I tried to get clarity on her food, website entry stated she was on Purina pro sport and did not state puppy chow. I called and asked and a puppy manager said puppy chow. When she arrived the food sent is bigger chunks than the puppy chow so I conclude it was not puppy chow. So clarity around food is important and puppy chow has the right amounts of protein for puppies-so this concerns me that she was not being fed the right food for a puppy. Coordination on travel was not good. Puppyspot and breeder seemed to just pick dates. I realize that with all the breeders and clients that puppyspot cannot coordinate every single client preference, however it would have been immensely helpful to have received some travel dates to pick from. People have lives, emergency surgeries, work, and other things going on and can’t just drop everything and drive two hours to the airport to pick up and adequately care for a new baby. I am grateful to get the $100 discount on the travel arrangement and adjustment but the whole process was a real pain. Everly is a real love, and smart. She is settling g in and is a lovable addition to our household.
