From beginning to pickup there was constant communication. We received all of the pups records and we couldn’t be happier with her. The transport team of Nathan and Clay were wonderful. Extremely caring and professional.

Very little communication and follow up ONCE I purchased my puppy. It’s like they just wanted to make the sale and then fell off the face of the earth. No updates on my puppy over several weeks and had to reach out just to request new pictures. Very disappointing, especially for the cost. The delivery was also a mess. Very disorganized and the delivery team was late, in the incorrect vehicle with incorrect plates. It was all very uncomfortable.

meeting my pup was a pleasant experience, they have the process down packed, and made every step really easy to follow they did a great job everything went off without a problem and now I have my new pup here at home with me I would reccomend puppyspot to anyone interested in getting a new puppy
