Chuck and Skyler were amazing transporters. They were kind and caring and even great about communicating when we were unable to reach puppyspot before our puppy's delivery. Puppy smelled great and was happy on arrival!

Very excited to get my Mini Goldendoodle. The problem is that she was delivered 5 hours later than originally stated and she arrived with Kennel Cough that we are now having to have treated. She also exposed our other Mini Goldendoodle so that both dogs have to be treated and then rechecked in one week. The Men who delivered the dogs were courteous and kind.

My precious Maggie the Shih Tzu. I am delighted to write a review for PuppySpot, its employees, their genuine love of the animals they are selling, their knowledge, their efforts to learn about the customers' wishes, and that wonderful, "oh, he/she is adorable" when they first bring up the puppy ( which makes the customer feel so good). The person answering the phone was always upbeat and helpful. My concierge was just amazing! Always patient, always helpful, and somehow managed to "wear a smile" everytime I called, and there were a lot of calls! I managed to capture the cutest shih tzu of course and she was delivered to a location just 10 minutes from me. The beautiful dog "palace" Maggie arrived in was equally as impressive as the company. I have been with this company since 2009 and this was my fifth shih tzu. I trust them and appreciate the extent to which they vet their breeders. I love the fact that the mom and dad pictures and stats are quickly available and that there are always updated pictures of the pups. Thank you PuppySpot for bringing my puppy (Shaq, fka Moses) to me. I am very happy with the service and customer service I was given with my many inquiries and concerns. Travel was wonderful, clean and he arrived smelling so good. Chuck and Skyler were very responsive and kept me in the loop regarding the travel from Ohio to Los Angeles!! Puppy is very healthy and happy.
