I would have liked a progressive report…
I would have liked a progressive report on my puppy. Also you should explain more what the additional $750+ one pays to have their puppy delivered closer to their residence. I was told that the puppy would not be delivered to my home which I totally understand for safety reasons but I was not told it could be up to 2 hours away

David and Richard were great
David and Richard were great! They did amazing contact me and made it although there was a hurricane/storm Helene that passed and cause delay! So thank you so much for making it possible!

The Puppy was so cute and sweet, But the travel was not what they said.
The Puppy was so cute and sweet. The travel for the puppy, we were not told the truth. They said the drivers would take the puppy out of the crate and walk the dog. They left the dog in the crate for 4 days and could not go out. They said because they had other dogs. The dog is so scared to be in a crate now or anything confining. That was terrible what they did.

The delivery of my puppy today was…
The delivery of my puppy today was painless Joey and Roy communicated all the necessary information and were spot on with the delivery time. I was very nervous that this was going to turn into a scam. NO!!!! It all went perfectly ❤️

Puppy spot is there for you every step of the way.
From my phone call with Jordan to ask about purchasing a puppy at 1:30 in the morning to all of the support throughout the process and the information provided that any new owner would want to have. Puppy spot representatives were in constant contact with me to give me information about my puppy, extra photos, information about the parents and the trance for process. And the company that you hired to transport my puppy was awesome. Dalton with a transport company was so friendly and the dog was so well cared for during that process. My vet was so pleased with the condition of the puppy that he said the breeder did very well by him. All around, this experience has been amazing and I feel so supportive and more ready to handle my new companion because of everyone at puppy spot.

Bottom Line Up Front.
Bottom Line Up Front. I was skeptical. Everything worked out exactly as advertised. Communication with Premier Pet Transport was good. Thanks Dallas and Richard for delivering my fireball. The only thing you won't get is the breeder's name or contact information before you get your puppy. Also, you pay a premium for using the broker, but it gives a level of certainty versus the scams out there. I faced a few as I searched for my pup. Well done PuppySpot.

They delivered a happy healthy puppy our drivers were Nathan T and Clay both gentlemen were very helpful and informative
