We had a a nice, efficient experience with PuppySpot to find, purchase, and deliver our Boston Terrier. We received a lot of email communication on how to prepare for the puppy - which felt a little spammy. I was a bit concerned after reading PuppySpot reviews elsewhere, so we sought out the breeder on FB to connect and reassure our pup purchase details and their experience with PuppySpot. PuppySpot offered delivery which was through Premier Pet Transport. Chuck and Ryan from Premier Pet Transport delivered our little Boston Terrier on 10/24, arriving early and planned a pick up spot ~20 min away which was great. You can tell Premier Pet Transport, Chuck and Ryan, are professionals and understand how precious their cargo is. They took great care of our puppy during the long ride from out of state. We were extremely satisfied with Premier Pet Transport and would highly recommend. Overall PuppySpot did a great job with connecting us to a great breeder and delivery service.

Amanda was awesome and provided us with all the answers we needed to make our decision an easy one. Brinley is home and we love her so much. She is everything we hoped for. 🩷🩷

I was told the only time I could get my puppy was at 11:30 pm. This was unacceptable. As a woman I was not going to meet ANYONE in a parking lot that late at night. I didn’t have anyone who could come with me. I was told there was no other option. I ended up driving several hours to get my puppy during daylight in another city. I will never recommend this company. I gave two stars because I did get the puppy I selected and that is the only reason this was not a one star review.

We received our puppy October 23 and he was just fine and smelled good. Nathan was our driver and he communicated the day before and the day of to confirm our arrival time to meet. All the paperwork was easy and ready to go. We did get food as well enough for first day. The only downside was actually the coupons that came in the paperwork folder had expired back in April. We would have loved to have those. Overall pleased with the process.

PuppySpot along with Premier Pet Transport made finding, purchasing, and receiving our adorable Toy Poodle, the most amazing experience ever!! Our new puppy has been an absolute joy and we can’t thank Chuck and Ryan enough for bringing him to us. They are the best!! Truly dedicated to their profession ❤️🐶

Our drivers were Chuck and Ryan. They were sending us updates regularly. That helped to put our minds at ease. When they arrived at the appointed time, it was quite obvious that they cared for the puppies in their care. They were very friendly, and they answered all our questions. We were very glad that it was Chuck and Ryan bringing us our Murphy!

My experience was excellent, it was so simple and straightforward I couldn't have asked for better service. I was given updates almost daily about my dog and progress. I received my dog, Snickers, on 10-24-24 via Premier Pet Transport. My pick up location was only 20 minutes from home. The drivers were Dallas and Skyler and they arrived an hour or so before my pick up time. Dallas & Skyler were very courteous and helpful. They answered all my questions. I would use PuppySpot and Premier Pet Transport again as well as recommend to friends and family.

My experience was a nightmare and this company does not care about its customers. I was accused of being a breeder and when I went to get my puppy from the airport they missed the first 3 flights and I'm 3 hours away from the airport. They did not help me. They just blamed me for their inabilities. They were very rude to me and after they received my payment communication was a day or not at all. On the plus side I did get the dog that was in the picture. Actually the only nice part of this experience was getting to look at all of the puppies on the site.
