We had a great experience with Puppy Spot…I truly believe that the breeder from Indiana did a wonderful job with my fur baby…Premier Transportation (namely Chuck and Ryan) were very caring and did an awesome job delivering my puppy safely to me…the transition from transport to exchange went very smoothly and my puppy greeted me with unlimited puppy kisses!!! Thanks so much, Sandi and Bill

The premier pet transport were wonderful. Puppy spot had sent the incorrect delivery time to me but our drivers Dallas and Skyler were able to coordinate and adjust, so I did not have to take off time from work to meet them with my puppy. I knocked down a star because of the initial miscommunication and the fact that I received numerous phone calls from puppy spot about dogs that were no longer available for adoption.

The dog breeder' photos and video gave an accurate view of the puppy I purchased.

The best part of it all was that our puppy was driven to a location near us, rather than having to fly, which had happened to the puppies we got before had been transported. Second, interaction with people on the phone and the transportation crew was fantastic.

Great to work with. Very thorough. They provide a lot of good information and material along every step. We feel we got a very nice puppy from a reputable source.

Overall experience was wonderful, however, breeder was unavailable and I didn't receive any contact information to reach out to the breeder directly. There was some miscommunication about how I will receive my new puppy, plane or ground transport. However, I would highly recommend since the process was very straight forward. Chuck and Ryan from Premier Pet Transport did an outstanding job bringing our new labradoodle puppy to us safely from Indiana to New Jersey. Thank you Chuck and Ryan!

I had a wonderful experience with puppy spot and premier pet transportation. Blake was amazing getting all the information that I needed to me, answering every question I had, calling me or texting me back in a timely manner. The customer service was amazing. People were very knowledgeable, friendly, more than willing to talk with me. Chuck and Ryan delivered my puppy to me safely, he was clean, fed, and extremely happy to meet me. I am forever grateful to all of you for such a wonderful experience and for bringing my dear Arlo and me together. I would not have him without you , keep doing the wonderful work you are doing, you are all amazing. I honestly can’t thank you enough. Sue Hathaway

I loved that Puppy Spot had so many choices of puppies and they represent good ligit breeders, not puppy mills. We were heartbroken after the death of our 15year old cavalier and wanted another that looked similar to him. I like that Puppy Spot offers a health warranty. Our puppy was delivered by Premier Pet Transport. Roy kept us up to date on his arrival time. He was great. I need to thank Paul for all his help when we picked our first dog, Harlow. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also want to thank Stacy (I hope that’s her name) for her help with us buying Christopher. She was very nice and helpful. We love our puppy! He is so cute, happy, and playful!
