From start to finish this experience was top notch. The puppy we received was clearly very well cared for by his breeder, and we were fortunate that he was even partly housebroken when we brought him home— from what I understand, this is not necessarily the norm, but it was most appreciated since he was adopted by me for my 73 year old mother. Being partially housebroken has made her transition with him much more manageable. He is a delight and has brightened her life in every way I’d hoped. The communication from PuppySpot and the transport team was consistent and friendly. The transport agent we met with when we received our puppy from out of state was very kind and genuinely seemed to love what he does. All of my questions were answered right away, and the entire process felt safe and controlled. Our puppy is healthy, well-socialized, and incredibly loving and playful. We couldn’t have picked a better pup. If we are ever again looking for a purebred puppy, I would check here again first. Five stars all around.

I fell in love with my puppy as soon as I saw her. Unfortunately, 3 days after receiving her she began to get sick, and her health quickly deteriorated. I took her to Urgent Care and she was diagnosed with Parvo and needed to be hospitalized immediately. I called Puppyspot while parked in a parking lot crying and trying to look for support as I needed to pay $7500 upfront, less than a week after receiving her. Puppyspot called me 2 days later to ask how she was doing but not to offer a solution to my situation. Luckily I had the funds to pay the hospital right away otherwise she would have died as she was already going into shock. The last of 2 follow up calls was 2 days ago when I was asked to send in the medical records so they could be compared to the Health Commitment, not only did I receive a puppy that was sick and have already spent well over $4000 in medical bills in less than two weeks but I have gotten zero support from Puppyspot. While I understand that it takes 24 to 48 hours for them to contact you, exceptions should be made if it's an emergency. I was also told that if the documents were correct I would only receive up to what I paid for her, which is understandable BUT again I didn't sign up to receive a sick puppy and once she's at home I have no option but to pay the medical bills because we simply can't let her die or suffer. I also never received the vet report prior to her arrival, like I was promised and while in my custody she was never out on the street nor around other dogs. Because of the time frame when she got sick, the doctors said it was either from the breeder themselves or the transport. No family should have to go through the anguish that we've been through the past few days.

The very 1st phone call was welcoming and pleasant. That's when I trusted and paid in full for my puppy and transport. The frequent updates and information soothed me that I didn't fear that I was being scammed. I followed all suggestions/instructions and was fully ready for my new pup. The transport went smooth. Great rendezvous spot for pick up. The whole experience was perfect.

PuppySpot has been very helpful throughout the process of adopting Macsen (Dagger). The emails with info on what to expect and/or do were very informative & I have kept them all. Both drivers, Nathan T. and Clinton of Premier Pet Transport were excellent in getting my pet to me. They sent texts letting me know what type & color of van they were driving and their ETA. Updates were sent as the ETA changed due to traffic. Most important my pet arrived in excellent health.

Concerned
Puppy has a very large bump on the top of his head, chaperone said it was not that large when they received him from breeder. It has increased in size during delivery. Very concerned about the puppy’s neurological health.
