Nathan and Clay of Premier pet transport were excellent with communication!! They were ahead of schedule and notified us from the previous day with regular updates and when he would arrive. He was very professional when asking for proper ID to ensure we matched our paperwork when receiving our puppy. Great experience over all! Highly recommended them!!

Changed the price on me after I purchased my pup. Did not respond to emails in a timely fashion and no one answered their help line on the weekend during hours that their website stated they were open. Frustrating experience to say the least.

Did exactly what they said they were going to do. Kept us up to date and informed with updates And was delivered exactly on time. Shes our second pup and both were perfectly healthy and happy healthy little pups. Both Came microchipped and up to date on all their shots including rabies. They did an excellent job and I have already recommended to my brother. Thanks again!!! We love our pups.

From day one when I showed interest in Weston (now known as Tucker), they were helpful, walked me through. I was afraid of a scam but received Tucker as promised. The subcontractor they use for delivery was awesome and very informative. I was trying to adopt an older dog but the waiting lists are so long. So glad I chose a puppy, Tucker. We're in training mode but we've already created a bond. Thank you petspot. I hope you help more people like myself, children whose parents are afraid of scams and puppy mills this Christmas. I'm so happy, I'm crying white typing this feedback.
