We had never heard of Puppy Spot before. We are amazed at the service and teamwork the staff at Puppy Spot gave us. From the very beginning, helping us find the right puppy all the way to meeting the transportation team (Dallas & Clinton) from Premier Pet Transport, the entire process was absolutely enjoyable. We received emails almost daily keeping us informed of the arrival day and the recommendations they made to us regarding taking care of our new family member. We are so blessed with our new family member. I would recommend Puppy Spot and Premier Pet Transport to anyone looking for a new puppy.

I had a good experience but would have liked to communicate with the breeder I didn’t recieve any breeder info at all when we picked up our puppy

I found the puppy I was looking for. PuppySpot made it easy from purchase to delivery. I was updated frequently and put in contact with the breeder. Premier Pet Transport also communicated effectively and delivery was right on time. Best of all I’m so happy to have my Boston Terrier puppy (Layla).

They kept me informed every step of the way. They were very concerned about the puppy and continuously gave me helpful hints of things to do when she arrived to keep her healthy and comfortable and eating. Premier Pet transport was wonderful! Chuck and Ryan were in constant communication about the time of arrival, And kept my puppy, clean and fed. I was actually surprised at how clean she was after such a long trip in the Van!

Our puppy arrived safe and sound and the entire process went smoothly and just as described. Puppy Spot does a great job of sharing information, especially for first time puppy parents. Premier Pet Transport was also great, sharing good and accurate info and ETA. They even arrived 30 min early and gave us notice so we could meet them. They arrived exactly on time. Our pupp's drivers, Chuck and Ryan, are clearly very caring people who take their job very seriously and ensure all the pups in their care are safe and treated with kindness and love. I highly recommend Puppy Spot and Premier Pet Transport!
