Nathan T. And Clay did an amazing job transporting our little Rose from Ohio to California! She was happy, clean, and fed when we received her. And for such a long trip, she arrived so well cared for. Thank you again!!

We are experienced dog owners, so this is NOT AN ADJUSTMENT ISSUE. “Indi” arrived so filthy. We bathed her, layers of mud, clay, poop…you name it. Not just travel dirt. I took her to my groomer, she said “Indi” obviously had never been crated and exhibited aggression towards other animals. She VIOLENTLY attacks other dogs for no reason and barks for no reason. She is 5 months old and obviously has a back story. I have requested her history several times and gotten NO ANSWERS! I need to know her back story in order to make her training and adjustment less exhausting. I have called several times and just get another sales person.
Response from PuppySpotNov 15, 2024
We understand your frustration and disappointment with Indi's arrival. It's clear you've invested a lot of time and effort in caring for her, and we apologize that her initial condition and behavior have been challenging. We appreciate your patience and persistence in seeking information about her history. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our processes. A member of our Puppy Care Specialist team will be reaching out to further assist you.

Communication - particularly when it came to pick-up time. Worked like a charm and the gentlemen who handed me new puppy could not have been more lovely.
