PuppySpot was an incredible experience! Easy to contact them if I needed anything. Everything was pretty straight forward. Got my golden quicker than originally told and easy pickup. Felt like he was well taken care of and had no issues! Only thing I was nervous about was no communication about was his food schedule was. But my guy regulates himself already. Delivery was a breeze and even had a slight delay due to the van’s alternator going bad on our drivers. But they made it happen same day and I was thoroughly impressed. Especially with what they went through (couldn’t imagine that hotel room). Thank you Richard and Ryan!

We received updates on the designated pick up point. Met with other pet parents to pick up our new family members. The transporters (Chuck & Skyler) were informative and very caring toward the puppies. Premier Pet Transport was great.

The process with PuppySpot and Premier Transportation was very smooth. We received our puppy a little late due to mechanical problems with the van. Richard & Ryan kept the dogs safety and wellbeing as the 1st priority. Communication was good from Ryan with updates
