The sales was just fine...the puppies do all the selling...everything else sucked...zero communication...people lie...mislead...one of the worst experiences we had in a very long time...I will never buy from this company again...I would not recommend this company to my enemy...we had to do all the calling and texting...once I told this company what I thought of them and the whole process...it got worse...so beware

We picked up are puppy and are thrilled with him. The drivers were nice. Our little guy arrived happy and healthy. The only thing that would have been better is if we had had more updated pics from the breeder. We had to wait 4 weeks for him and just has one very brief updated video.

They were very helpful in providing all the necessary planning and items needed to make a smooth transition to her new home.

I like that my puppy Winston (Oscar) was raised in a humane environment. Puppy Spot made it easy to select and purchase the puppy and he arrived from the plane clean and happy. I want to especially thank the breeder. They trained him on basic commands and potty trained him. Definitely well socialized too. I was frustrated with puppy spot staff’s communication about travel plans. Three weeks from purchase they kept saying he’d be here in three days; one day, three more days. Very frustrating. I feel like they are not in touch with the transport service and should reach out to them for more accurate information.

Not honest about being a puppy broker, not honest about all the side angles you want to charge people for. Website says its a Michigan puppy site but nothing located in MI (Florida) and no dogs/breeders in MI. Your puppy will have to be shipped by a third party vendor from far away -in my case Missouri. Your health guarantee about genetic deficiencies/ problems by purchasing dog health insurance is useless/silly. Health insurance does not even guarantee a person will take a dog to a vet - it just covers some bills, nor does it correct any genetic deficiencies that is a breeding problem. Yet, you do not guarantee anything unless I buy the insurance that you get a commission for which has nothing at all to do with your guarantee - so totally useless. Lastly, when selling a puppy you talk to plain English speaking contacts to make the sale. All follow up calls were farmed out to another country (mostly Columbia I think - that's only who I talked to) Nice enough, hard to understand. Maybe you should pay a tariff. My puppy did eventually arrive and seems to be OK but will not use a puppy broker in the future. Will you ever see this review on their website - I think no. And your scripted response is what appears on all the BBB responses for negative reviews...it just repeats over and over. The transportation and health conditions are not "complex" -they are just skewed to make it difficult to have any decisions on transport. Of course you can have more say - for more money. And, as I said the health guarantee is useless/silly. It only functions to get you out of returning any money when things go wrong with all its steps and conditions. This was evident with the BBB reviews. However, you get a commission on every health insurance policy which is the reason it is part if the guarantee. Even those who accepted partial returns only did so because you don't return the money until they publicly admit defeat. If you think anyone believes that you change anything in your business practices to actual reviews, they must have voted for Donald Trump

This is my second purchase thru Puppyspot. I love both my little fur babies. Customer service was great from beginning to end. Recommend them highly if you are looking to add a fur baby to your family

The sales process went extremely smooth and the customer service is excellent. The follow-up is wonderful except for the constant barrage of emails trying to sell you things. The only negative is the transportation options. They tell you that a pet will be delivered via a climate controlled van specifically designed for pets for a certain fee. Our pet was shipped via airplane instead. Two others who were at the same airport had the same experience, making me doubt that they really even plan to follow through with that form of delivery. It seems like a way to make a few more dollars off their customers. I called about it and they explained it away as miscellaneous costs. According to the airport records, there was a 330 dollar difference between what we paid and what it cost to fly her. Otherwise, I was totally satisfied with Petspot.

Georgie is well adjusted her plane ride was good. 👍🏻
