Everyone from the agent down to the transport team were phenomenal and kept a clear line of communication. I would recommend puppyspot to anyone interested in adopting a new furry companion!

i paid 4500 for a dog fron this place puppyspot. i called the place and all i get is sorry we will call you back and never do i am reporting this to the bbb and will seek a lawer for this place please dont buy a dog from this place

They did allow me an extra week to receive my puppy which was good. However, I wasn't informed as well as I should have been about the delivery of him. When inquiring they didn't have the correct date of delivery on your site and the breeder called me, not knowing that I had gotten him the day before. He was well cared for and is a darling. Not that I need it but I also did not receive my carrying case.

Adopting our pet was fine and the gentleman helping us thru the paperwork was very good. But afterwords I repeatedly told your people what I didn't need like the puppy starter kit and insurance and I was charged for the kit anyway and the kit was sent to me. I promptly sent the kit back by UPS at my cost of $20.00. You did refund the money for the kit, But not the $20.00 my cost to send it back. As for the insurance, the insurance is a terrible investment, the policy is worse then he early stages of dental insurance. And yes I am old enough to know the difference. We are enjoying and taking good care of our new family member. Tell your people to listen to there customers and not try to force things on them, that they don't want. I would have given a better rating if your people would have listened to me when I said no. After puppyspot read my review, a representative contacted me. Puppyspot was not aware that I paid the cost to send back the puppy starter kit that was sent to me in error. The rep offered to refund the $20.00 without me asking for the refund. I thought that puppyspot showed real integrity and they are showing great responsibility which I admire.

The overall experience was good. The big area I had an issue with was transportation. I had purchased a pup from you 14 years ago and it was air freighted to me in Alaska with no issues. However, this time I was informed you do not ship to Alaska, yet you advertise on MSN you are looking for Alaskans to adopt your puppies. The actual delivery of the pup to Seattle-Tacoma Int was great and the transporter was outstanding. The problem was I had to spend an extra $2,100 beyond the price of the pup and transportation fees to go pick her up. The other issue I had was the breeder had two other identical looking pups (Same litter) however they were charging $1200 more than Sophie's price and I could not get an answer as to why. Is there something wrong with Sophie? (She is great pup now) I am just concerned as to why the price difference.
