We must say Teddy our new bischonpoo is absolutely precious and sweet. He arrived last Thursday 6/5th. The only thing we have to say he looked like a different dog as he wasn't clean and now that we gave him a bath he now is white with cream markings. Also there was no collar inside the puppy spot box prior to receiving Teddy. He is Loveable and is full of life. Thanks for your time and consideration regarding Teddy Quinn. Sometimes travel can leave pups a bit ruffled, but we're glad to hear a bath brought out his true color—white with those lovely cream markings! Regarding the PuppySpot starter kit, we want to clarify that collars aren’t included, as they need to be properly fitted based on each puppy’s size for safety reasons. Communication is the key. After being scammed by another person I was very hesitant to try again. They were able to tell me about each puppy that we liked and about the breeder. After explaining our needs they helped us in selecting Frankie to join our family. Frankie is perfect, what a love bug and fits in perfectly with us! When I am ready for another dog, I will reach out to Puppy Spot again!

The service was great with Alan when I was in the process of finding my perfect puppy. He was patient and answered my questions about various puppies. The other departments not so great. Once I gave my money, communication from puppy spot was basically non existent except to tell me when my puppy would be dropped off (which there is no flexibility, so be prepared to take time off work on short notice). My questions about neck and chest size so I knew what size collar and harness to buy went unanswered after they said they’d get back to me with the answer. I’d text with a question and never hear anything back or get a short answer 24-48 hrs later … overall disappointing customer service after paying $3000 for a dog.

I was very pleased with my PuppySpot experience. The communications from their staff, the puppy's breeder, and the transport service were all excellent throughout the whole process. I was amazed at how fast everything happened; and now I have a beautiful new puppy.
