My experience was great
My experience was great. Alan Heller, the puppy concierge, was a very nice guy. I would like him to know how much I appreciated him; the information he gave me to help me make a decision. Heather and William were great to help me talk through my anxiety, because I changed my mind about getting the dog. Then I changed my mind again and wanted the dog. It was a hard decision for me because I’m 75 years old and I don’t want to orphan a dog. But I decided that I wanted to be happy in these last years of my life and I hope that I will live as long as my doggie does. I had sworn that I would not get another dog after my Maltipoo died December 9, 2024. I changed my mind. William enabled me to do that, so I am grateful. One thing that bothered me is that I was unable to get hold of William when I wanted to. You have to go through a customer service person in order to get hold of the person you want to talk to. I believe that you should be able to call that person directly. It took me two days to get William to call me back so that I could change my mind and get my dog. I wanted her before she got snapped up by somebody else. Jose was helpful though and contacted William to call me back. Jose happened to answer two or three times and he made sure that William called me back. That would be my only criticism, that you can’t get hold of a specific person when you want to. I wanted to call Allan Heller and tell him thank you but Jose could not enable me to call him, so I could not contact him to say thank you. It has never been made clear to me how I can get my records to you from my vet that indicates the third Parvo shot was done last week (I’m having the fourth Parvo in July). I will have Delinda (Gigi) fixed in three months, and I’d like to know where to send that record as well. That was not made clear to me. Should I send it to the breeder? I think Puppy Spot is a good puppy placement Service. I think you have a good reputation. You’ve been in business 20 years. You screen your breeders. I assume you check on them every few years. You’ve had long-term breeders for a long period of time in those 20 years. I’m very pleased about how well my puppy did in the four day three night trip from Indiana, then Missouri then on down to California eventually. The drivers were really nice and my puppy did very well. She was not anxious or nervous. She lost a couple ounces but they said she did eat and drink, and in another week she’ll have those ounces back because she’s eating well. I have texted the breeder, Matthew Schwartz, and told him that Gigi’s doing very well and sent a couple pictures indicating so. Please tell me where I should send my record that my puppy has gone to the vet and had a shot that was due, and where I will also send the record of her being spayed.
