Finally receiving my puppy was the best part. The wait was terrible. But Reese fits right into her new home, like she belonged here.

We're happy to hear that Reese has settled in well! We regret the wait was longer than expected, but we appreciate your patience and are delighted she's home.

Communication from Lynne during the initial process was good and consistent. I started having concerns when it took a month from purchase date to receive my puppy. My puppy arrived late in the day, giving very little time to even let him get comfortable before it was time for bed. His initial vet visit (the day after I received him) produced lab work that revealed an uncommon worm variety that he most likely picked up during transport, since it takes 5-12 days after initial infection to manifest in stool samples. Which tells me that my puppy spent DAYS in a transport van... or else he got it while still at the breeder, which is equally disappointing. Either way, without paying for additional pet insurance that Puppy Spot doesn't tell me about until AFTER I've made the purchase, they won't honor their own "Puppy Health Guarantee." The puppy arrived desperately in need of a haircut, and had clearly received no training or socialization, which is extremely disappointing for a puppy that is 6 months old, basically an adolescent. Seems like at least some basic housebreaking and crate training would take place by that point, simply for the benefit of the puppy, if not the owner (he was 22 weeks old when I committed to the purchase). Overall, I would not recommend PuppySpot; I don't know that I can reliably trust the breeders they are offering puppies from.

My experience with Puppyspot was excellent. I found the right puppy due to the website being very easy to navigate and find the breed you are looking for as well as match you based on your lifestyle. After i choose the right puppy they reached out and provided the information i was seeking. After i decided on the right pup for me they kept me informed of every step until i met my new pup Ace! Super happy with the service and would recommend to anyone seeking the perfect pet.
