I disliked not being able to speak to the breeder as soon as I made my purchase of my puppy. When you purchase a puppy for that amount of money you should be able to speak right away to the breeder. I found out after the fact that other companies do let you be in contact with breeder right away. I would recommend friends to go with a different company for their puppy not Puppy Spot. We love our puppy Gabby but there needs to be more communication between the breeder and the purchaser.

I was skeptical about the whole process of adopting/purchasing online but after talking to the customer service reps from beginning to end put my skepticism at ease. Would adopt/purchase with them again if the need should ever arise again. We received a happy, healthy furbaby with all her shot records and clean bill of health. Premier Pet Transport was awesome as well. She arrived a day early and the drivers Ryan and Titus stayed in contact with us during the trip.

The trimmed nails were a great touch - it's clear the breeder put thought into making the transition smooth for both pup and owner. Two weeks in, and I'm completely smitten. She's already brought so much joy and love into our lives, and I couldn't imagine life without her. The PuppySpot experience has been top-notch - I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new best friend!

Everyone I had contact with at PuppySpot was caring and well informed. The information about training and health issues was extremely helpful. I was kept well informed of all the interactions, until my puppy was delivered.

Communication was great. The delivery was smooth, on-time, and professional. It was a great experience EXCEPT we got a 14 week old Havapoo. Her back legs were severely matted which makes me question how much the breeder was taking care of her beforehand.

My initial interaction with PuppySpot was great. They kept me informed through email and relayed useful information. However, when my Cavapoo puppy, June, was transported from Calvin and Ashley, she was filthy with matted fur and urine stained paws. The Vet saw her and diagnosed a double ear infection and a skin infection requiring antibiotics. I was very disappointed. Susan
