Puppy Spot remained in communication throughout the process of adopting our puppy. They provided puppy details, handling the sale, insurance recommendations, & the transport to our home. They were in close contact every step of the way

We have had Baron Ashby for just 2 weeks. The only issue we had was with the delivery service . I am pleased to tell you they listened and promised to implement better delivery for older people. The choice of puppy spot was hard to make. We have never paid for a dog, always local found pound puppies. So many need love. We lost our pound dog of 16 years, who was 25 pounds and just the right size to handle for an elderly person .Everything in the pound was too large for us to safely control. We found a Shizpoo who was 17 weeks old. He is a handful but he is the reason we have become more active, bending , stooping, walking , loving and enjoying his antics. It is better than going to the gym or PT. I will make one recommendation: do not get an all black dog. I am a very open person to all colors--however as an older person you need to see them in the dark easily. We have learned how to walk without harm to him or us. I would encourage anyone physically able to handle a puppy that PuppySpot is a great place to make your choice. We know his health will be great, he will be approximately the size they say knowing the mother and father. He will not turn out to be a 75 pound dog we cannot care for. There are many reasons for using puppyspot. The overall reason is we are comfortable in the health and size we chose for us.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear our transport team was wonderful, though we’re sorry the pickup location caused difficulty. We’ve tried reaching out to connect and will be reviewing your comments with our logistics team to improve the experience moving forward.

We are very happy with our new member to the family. I would suggest more communication between the seller and buyer though. Our dog was 6 months old and we would like to have known about what his routine was. When was he fed?, what time was lights out, was he used to going outside?, did he use a water bowl?, what did he sleep in? Those kinds of things would have been helpful.
