I could not get a hold of anyone once I paid. Suddenly no one returned my text. I was afraid I had been taken in by a con, when days would go by without a reply. I did get my puppy, and she is perfect, but the service was terrible.

The staff at Puppy spot were polite and kept you up to date on progress. I was told there were no issues with my puppy except a missing vacation. The vaccination was not an issue because I had a vet visit scheduled and they would provide this. The issue is that the puppy is deaf and this was never disclosed during the process. The lack of hearing was very obvious right away and confirmed by my vet. I would have appreciated an open and honest disclosure of the puppies condition. Be aware to ask questions when obtaining a puppy. 12/29 Puppy spot did reach out to me. They are actively working with me to resolve the issue. They have been responsive. 1/14 Final update. I am attaching documentation to support my review. I was sent a dog that was not vaccinated as they should have been. I paid for the vaccination out of pocket and did not ask for reimbursement. I had the veterinarian confirm the dog had no hearing. I did not ask for any compensation from PuppySpot. Despite this they keep demanding that I give them documentation to prove the puppy is deaf and they want me to substantiate my claim. This agency was not transparent about the puppies condition and now behave as if I am in the wrong. Below is the documentation that states the dog has no reaction to auditory stimulus and documents congenital deafness. I can run the vacuum right near this dog. What an amazing experience. From my first inquiry until my little pup was delivered it was great customer support. The concierge answered all my questions and I had a ton! They kept me informed every day with great updates and information. Even checking in after delivery. And the transport team also top notch! If you’re looking to adopt a fur baby PuppySpot is the place to go to. Friendly informative and door to door service. It was not the least expensive option but so worth every penny because they truly care and insure great service and treated me like a true friend along the process. Molly is a sweet puppy with so much energy and personality. Unfortunately, she arrived with ear infection in both ears. Since she came home on Monday, I haven't been able to see my vet yet. I have dealt with ear infections before so I carefully cleaned and flushed the ears to make her more comfortable until her appointment.
