Once I paid for my puppy my sales representative Toni completely ghosted us. At the end of our call he promised to get us additional photos of our puppy and he has not replied to a single text for 2 weeks. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Since this was the first time having a transport company, we really didn’t know what to expect, but we were completely amazed at how professional, polite, clean and especially caring our two drivers Skyler and Dalton were. Our precious little 2 lb. beautiful toy poodle baby melted my heart when Skyler handed her to me!! I have already highly recommended them and the company to my sister who shows her Irish Wolfhounds in New Mexico! Skyler and Dalton and Premier Pet Transport Company are now at the top of my HEROES LIST!! Thank you again! ♥️

I felt it took a while to get things going and of course waiting for the puppies was hard. But they were pretty comfortable with us in several hours. They played a lot and eat without instance. we love them and they are so sweet, thank you for whatever you did but they acclimated except for potty train. Tomorrow will be another day. Thank you
