Puppy Spot is a great way to match breeders with families. Puppy spot was supportive without being pushy and handled everything in a very timely and professional manner. We could not ask for a better fit for our family than our new puppy. He is wonderful, better than we could have ever imagined. Thanks to Puppy Spot and his amazing Breeder, Ivan.

Customer service at its finest!
I cannot say enough about our experience with Puppy Spot. They communicate with you every step of the way. We had a lot of anxiety about purchasing on line; However, they provide you with a schedule for the process and met every date promised. They also provide you with telephone numbers and you can communicate anytime. Our delivery was right on time and Nathan and Clinton were GREAT! Very professional and truly have a love for animals.

PuppySpot is Dishonorable and a Scam!
Here is an update to my previous reviewS: Do NOT Buy From PuppySpot and the breeder of my puppies who is Marcus Graber of Graber Family Puppies in N. Manchester, IN.
The process of having purchased my two puppies from PuppySpot has been one of the worst and most stressful situations of my 64 years of life.
I purchased two puppies from PuppySpot that were advertised and sold as Toy Poodles. Upon arrival, it was obvious to me that due to their size and appearance neither dog was a Toy Poodle. And the suspicion of their breeds as suspected by myself, my veterinarian, and my dog groomer, were confirmed by DNA testing. After DNA testing, I discovered the dogs are not Toy Poodles — one has two breeds/species/type of dog, and the other has five breeds breeds/species/type of dog. The DNA tests prove they are brothers as I was told. But one is a Toy and Miniature poodle (size of a miniature poodle), and the other is Chihuahua, Bichon Frise, Pekingese, Toy and Miniature poodle (larger than a miniature poodle)!
Both puppies that I purchased from PuppySpot were ill, traumatized, behaved as though they had been abused, as well as were not what I purchased. I had considered having them returned to the breeder. In fact, I had a dog trainer tell me I should have both euthanized. I couldn’t do this to any puppy. I also realized I could not return them for fear that they would again get parasites and ear mites if returned to the breeder and would most likely be euthanized or become chronically ill.
It was very clear that neither of my puppies purchased from PuppySpot had an actual “Comprehensive Health Evaluation”, or a “Nose-To-Tail Health Check" as they advertise. Though they were transported with forms (some completed and some incomplete), had these PuppySpot requirements been completed by an actual veterinarian in-person, there is no possible way their infestations (ear mites & parasites) would have been missed. Additionally, neither puppy was vaccinated per PuppySpot requirements, AAHA recommendations, industry or regional recommendations, or even per what I was told by the agents I spoke with when purchasing either puppy. Neither dog was microchipped as I was told they would be and per paperwork delivered with the puppies. As a result of the very poor health conditions of these two puppies I purchased from PuppySpot, I lost over 30 hours of work due to veterinarian appointments! Additionally, because these dogs are not toy poodles, items I purchased per PuppySpot requirements, recommendations, and instructions were the wrong size or type and could not be returned.
PuppySpot has refused to refund me $7,526.29 of which I am owed for veterinarian bills, other expenses, DNA testing, and lost work time. They have only partially refunded me for each dog. They told me on the phone they would honor their 30-day veterinarian expense $1500 per dog and they have refused to honor this cost. I have sent them a letter with a detailed and itemized spreadsheet including copies of all expenses, as well as DNA tests.
I suspect that Puppyspot posts false reviews to have such a high star rating on this site as it does not compare to other sites ratings of Puppyspot.

Very rude and unhelpful staff
Very rude staff who hung up on my multiple times. They never called me back once. They all say the same speech like they are reading from note cards. Very repetitive and unhelpful. I asked for a simple temperance video for a dog I would like to make a service dog, a manager said they could and the rest of the employees said they don't know what the manager said but they wont provide any video. Sounds like a big scam website.
