PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

Very honest and up front about puppy. Our puppy was delivered happy and ready to play ! We will use puppy spot on our next addition to the family

We were so happy to see our two pups taken such good care of during their long journey home. They are a bundle of energy now, thank you Puppy Spot.

I had a wonderful experience from the time. I chose my puppy online and spoke with a puppy spot representative who was wonderful. Customer care was responsive and professional. The only recommendation I would make is that soon to be puppy owners need a little bit more information about their new puppy in between choosing them and the time that they’re brought together. While they did provide photos and other specifics, an update about personality traits astuteness; anything to help any excitement of getting your new puppy. I would definitely use puppy spot again.

Love my new puppy and puppy spot reps were wonderful in making sure I chose the right fur baby

The initial interview and selection was fine, I was comfortable with the process. I was told what would happen and it took place as told. A couple of days before I was to receive my first puppy, I received a call telling me the puppy was not perfectly healthy and I was ask to sign saying that I know the puppy would not be insured for anything related to the problem. I decided not to take this puppy for that reason. I chose another puppy and two days later received a call saying that the puppy was not available because the breeder sold the puppy outside of PuppySpot. At this point I chose a third puppy. I knew I had to wait for three weeks to get her. When she became available I was told it would be another couple of weeks before she would be brought to me. After this time had passed again I was told the same, another two weeks. When I called for updates the associate kept giving me the runaround. I decided to call another telephone number and finally got up with a representative who was willing to help. At this time I decided to drive to pick her up myself. The entire process could have been better if only an associate had of told me the truth and given me options to get my puppy. It all boiled down to the transport team didn’t want to bring her to me. I truly felt like I had been scammed and wasn’t going to get a puppy. It was a stressful time for sure. However, I have her now and she is the precious angel I dreamed of.

They helped every step of the way! Truly a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Great company, Dog is accurate as described. Easy process to adopt. Highly recommend

From our initial phone call to the actual puppy delivery it was obvious that we were working with a great team and we couldn’t be happier.
