Hi Punta Cana Adventures! My experience was excellent and so much fun. Everyone who assisted us was amazing, and the punctuality was outstanding. This is my second time with you, and I can confidently say that every time I return to Punta Cana, I’ll be exploring more with your team and your great tours and services!

I travel a lot, and honestly, very few experiences have impressed me as much as Punta Cana Adventures. Gianni and his team run things like true professionals — perfect organization, positive energy, and genuine hospitality. You can tell this is a business built on passion and discipline, not just tourism. The Four Wheeler tour was 🔥 from start to finish. Safety, vibe, and views — everything was on point. If you want a real local experience with zero stress and a crew that treats you like family, this is where you book. Big respect to Gianni — you’ve got all my support, bro. Keep inspiring with your hustle. 🇩🇴💪

Even though the weather was terrible, I enjoyed the resort, the workers were friendly and the room was comfortable. The only concern; I did not get my room cleaned everyday and it was an issue with getting the bar in our room replenished. I reported it to Jean-Claude immediately and he took care of it. Jean-Claude made sure we were informed everyday of the resorts events. Nice touch to have a buttler.

The staff on our cruise was great. Interacted with all of us and made sure we had a great time. The chef, bartenders. Life guards and captain of the boat was totally awesome. Keep up the good work.

Our experience on this trip was great! The staff from pick up at our hotel, through the excursion and the return was very professional, fun and entertaining.

The tour was great. Lunch was delicious and was served promptly. There were some technical difficulties with the boat but these were handled promptly. I appreciated the clear and prompt communication from the tour company. The continuous seeking of tips was a bit tedious.

I booked an excursion and then sent an email right afterwards saying I did not want the excursion as it appeared to be twice the price. They are charging me 20% surcharge even though the webpage said free cancellation! Since the original mishap the company worked with me to reschedule an excursion. Be careful when clicking on links. Apparently the link I thought I clicked on took me to a different excursion.

Hi Sheana, I'm Gianni from Punta Cana Adventures, I understand this can be frustrating, so let me clarify for you and future travellers reading this review. Our “Free cancellation” policy applies up to 24 hours before the activity time. Your booking was placed on August 17 for the Snorkeling + Parasailing + Party Boat combo at 1:40 pm on August 18, which falls inside the 24-hour window. In that case, our Terms allow a 20 percent same-day cancellation fee. Even so, we offered you two options immediately: a free reschedule or an 80 percent refund with 20 percent retained. At your request, we switched you to the Party Boat and Snorkeling tour for two people on a later date and initiated a partial refund to reflect the lower price. We do not add surcharges. The only retention referenced is the same-day cancellation clause shown at checkout and in our Terms. If anything is still pending with your refund or new booking, please email [email protected] and we will resolve it quickly.
