Great experience! It was easy process to submit claims and coverage is really comprehensive.

Filing a claim was easy, being able to check status was easy, we received a decision in about two weeks and a refund check about a week later. This was our first time filing for an expensive service and it brings piece of mind knowing Pumpkin paid, just as outlined in our policy.

I submitted my claims for 3 dogs who had gotten into a porcupine....my claim was reviewed and take care of instant...i was impressed how fast it was

The process to be reimbursed is pretty simple once you figure it out and they pay you pretty quickly so I'm a happy camper.
