The length of time it takes to be reimbursed for a claim is excessive.
The length of time it takes to adjudicate and pay claims is excessive at best. However, when a claim qualifies for priority the claim is expedited. I don’t find waiting 2 weeks and sometimes longer to be reimbursed as satisfactory.

The response time was quick!
The response time was quick. They paid the last bill for Penelope within a day. Every time I’ve had to file a claim, it was paid in a timely manner. This last claim unfortunately was the last for my furbaby, they were responsive and sensitive. I would recommend Pumpkin!
