Our cat Twig unfortunately & unexpectedly had 3 life threatening urinary blockages back to back which was then followed by a PU surgery. This was our first time filing a claim and Pumpkin made the process seamless! From claim submission to claim approval it was about 2 weeks. We are so grateful that Pumpkin reimbursed us 80% of Twig’s bills! We don’t know what we would’ve done without Pumpkin, thank you so very much!!
