Changing companies is confusing and it seems like our pricing will go up which makes me second guess my decision

We definitely understand your concern about potential rate increases. As with all pet insurance, our rates will increase from time-to-time, and since our rates are subject to change we can't provide the exact premium for future years. That said, if there is an increase later, we'll notify you before your plan is reissued automatically each year and give you the chance to reevaluate or make changes to your plan. We pride ourselves on working hard to keep premiums as low as possible while still providing quality coverage! Keep in mind that your premium is based on your pet's breed and age as well as your geographic area. The number of claims you submit will not affect your premium. I have been with this company for a little over 5 years now and I am sorry to lower their ratings. However, they are getting out of hand with this price increases and its becoming unacceptable. I went from the last increase to $183 to now $215. That is ridiculous! The only reason I give them with 2 stars is because outside of their price increase I never had an issue. I will start to shop around!
