I purchased my pet insurance in good faith. Submitted a claim that said I would receive my reimbursement within 5 days. It’s been over two weeks. I asked about it and was told they needed a medical history. All I took my pet in for was vaccinations that were needed. No medical history of illness just needed his shots to protect him. Still never received payment…

Very easy to submit my claims. My claims have always been covered according to the guidelines of the contract. Customer phone service is always very friendly and helpful.
