I have been using pumpkin pet insurance for a year and I’m very satisfied with their service. They are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions you might have. Also, their reimbursement process is fairly quick.

I have the wellness plan for my 2 year old Jack Russell Micah and opted for the direct deposit reimbursement. He was seen by my vet 12/25, I submitted the claim on line 12/27 and the money was in my account 12/30. Pumpkin was recommended by my vet and I am very glad I enrolled him in the wellness and illness/injury policy.
