Those people really love pets and helping their owners! Also it doesn’t hurt that they not only offer more coverage than any other pet insurance company but they offer it at the best prices! Cat Rescued from Gas Station Living. Pumpkin covered his dental extractions upon adoption and they did not declare his condition pre-existing. Recently he had surgery for a sinus condition-- injury related. 1800.00. I had paid my deductible and premiums for the year. They denied it for pre-existing dental issues. I Appealed it and the vet proved in a letter that this was not a dental - the xray showed injury and abscess around his sinus, causing issues to breathing in his left nostril. The appeal was denied due to pre-existing dental. This isn't right. They aren't trustworthy. I will not be renewing with them.
