My claim was settled quickly and fairly.

Fast review and payment process I submitted the annual wellness claim on day 1 of the policy for both cats. Claims were reviewed and paid in a week. Hopefully this type of service will continue throughout the life of the poicies.

My cat Piper had an unknown mishap that left him lame in his right front leg. I took him to the vet, who treated him with several injections. Piper recovered within a few days. Pumpkin paid the claim promptly. I am happy with their service.

When I called to get, I don’t know if it’s called preapproval but the equivalent of preapproval for my dog surgery I was told yes absolutely it would be covered submitting the claim was so easy and I received reimbursement of 90% within 3 to 7 business days no questions asked no delays.
