The service was excellent staring from the pick up of the car at home to the drop off of the vehicle in Puerto Rico . I am very unsatisfied with the female that answered the telephone at your offices to me she was very unprofessional and have a very bad attitude . I believe she needs more training to learn how to treat costumer better. Nevertheless transportation was excellent good timing Driver very respectful and very knowledgeable of his duties.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very glad to hear that your vehicle pickup at home and the delivery in Puerto Rico went smoothly, and that the carrier provided respectful, knowledgeable, and timely service. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the interaction you had with one of our office representatives. The behavior you described is not the standard we expect from our team, and we understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been. We take your feedback seriously and will address this internally to ensure better professionalism and customer service going forward. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve.

Clear instructions throughout the whole process. The only thing I could add would be to inform the customer to create a SURI login as soon as possible to avoid the extra 3 day wait.
