I’m totally happy with my puckipuppy etrike one of my best purchases in my adult life

We were apprehensive about making such a large online purchase. But, when we received the bikes, we bought a Boxer and a Poodle, we were pleasantly surprised……they are very well made. They came with loads of accessories. The shipping is fast. We’ve not ridden them a lot yet, as we purchased them for a trip next month, but so far we LOVE them. We’ve not needed customer service yet, so I can’t speak to that. Don’t hesitate to purchase one of these bikes!

The instructions for putting the bikes together were easy for my husband and I to understand. The bikes are very easy for us to ride with the step through style! We love taking them to the beach and riding around. We are very happy with our Puckipuppy bikes.

PuckIpuppy responded to my problem with my Corgi issue with no delay. I sent video of problem and Bam, Cat had components on the way. Changed them out and Corgi was back in service. WOW support group was fabulous. Mike in Alabama.

The way it is built has exceeded my expectations. I put 50 miles on it in two days. The puckipuppy Rottweiler trike is the beast that the other competitors wish they could catch up to. The two year warranty is great, other companies don't provide any warranty at all. Customer service has to work on the English a little bit better, other than that the quality, customer service and the delivery are great. I definitely suggest that you buy the puckipuppy Rottweiler trike.! I'm a happy customer. Thank you Puckipuppy

Love my electric trike. Easy to operate. Nice big basket. Sturdy construction. Steady and stable when riding. Recommend.

Bike is nice and well built. I could not get a rear rack and battery rattles when riding.

From the day I bought my first two bikes from Puckipuppy(both Boxer ST models), and later a Poodle, because the Boxer ST was too large of a bike for my wife, I have been extremely satisfied. The quality of the bikes as well as the customer support, has been outstanding. One of the first two bikes I bought, had two minor issues which customer service promptly provided instructions for me to make a warranty claim however, as I’m a procrastinator, I waited roughly 8 months, until I followed the instructions and sent the information that was requested of me. Even after my severe procrastination, the warranty claim was promptly handled and replacement parts were sent to me. I then had another, somewhat minor issue, with another bike, and emailed pictures and info(since I knew what customer support would request) and again, the warranty was very quickly honored and parts are on the way. I am so glad I chose Puckipuppy, over the much more expensive brands(that were recommended by friends), especially since they seem to have major issues with getting warranty claims taken care of in a timely fashion, if at all.
