PUCKIPUPPY BIKESReviews of puckipuppy.com

I ordered my Labrador right before Christmas not expecting a quick delivery but it came in faster than estimated. I was able to assemble quickly as well with the provided tools in the box, mase it so easy. I brought the bike to the deer camp the next weekend and put it through the paces riding the trails and hills with no issues at all. The following weekend I rode deeper into the woods and ran up on some debris that came in contact with the derailer. After this, the chain came off the gears and bound up not letting me use the pedal assist. I was able to unbind the chain and just ride it back to camp using the thumb throttle with no issues. I contacted customer service and they sent me a video on how to adjust the derailer. I have since been in contact and recommended a guard for the derailer, they took my recommendation under advisement. Overall I am very happy with how the fat tires perform on the uneven terrain and the bike itself is easy to operate. I have recommended to others and they have purchased one for themselves as well. We jokingly said we are starting a biker gang at the camp. (Two Thumbs Up)

Very happy with the bike. Excellent Customer service- checked in after delivery to make sure all was good!

The product was great and easy to assemble and service was great and answered all emails in a very timely manner highly recomend

I was apprehensive about making an electric bike purchase, especially on-line, but now I couldn’t be happier! My Puckipupoy Labrador has been changed the world for me and my dog who loves running along side as we explore the countryside. It was shipped carefully wrapped and was easy to assemble and learn to operate. I was astounded at the top speed I, as an older rider, was able to achieve and how comfortable the bike was ride. Best of all the power assist made climbing up hills, which were impossible for me on a standard bike, a snap. Customer service followed up with me to check after my purchase and resolved quickly the one issue I had, which was my own fault. Needless to say, I love my bike and love the comments I get from others about how sharp it looks. Daisy and I are big fans.

As a dog lover, I fell in love with the name first :). After much search for the perfect bike, since it's a huge investment, my husband and I decided to purchase two Labrador Puckipuppy e-bikes, and I can't say enough wonderful things about it. From start to finish, the experience has been absolutely stellar. First off, the customer support deserves a round of applause. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find this level of attentiveness these days, and they really went above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable. We ordered the bikes during the holiday season and I was ready for delays and issues - but got them on time, along with a ton of accessories that were added as a gift, including great helmets, phone holders, cup holders, baskets, bags and all the bells and whistles. Didn't have to look for anything else. The bikes: Absolutely GORGEOUS. I took the orange one and hubby got the steel grey. It’s not just a functional ride; it truly is a showstopper. People stop and comment on how sleek and beautiful it looks. The extra accessories we received were the cherry on top—they weren’t just thoughtful, but practical too, adding to the overall convenience and joy of riding. Riding this e-bike is pure bliss. Whether I’m cruising through the neighborhood or taking it out for a longer adventure on the shorelines or hills of southern California, the experience is smooth, fun, and just exhilarating. It’s transformed the way I get around and has brought a lot of happiness into my daily life. If you’re on the fence about getting an e-bike, this is the one. Labrador Puckipuppy delivers not just a bike but a lifestyle upgrade. I’m already planning to drive down to other cities for my next ride. Thank you, Labrador Puckipuppy, for creating such a wonderful product and experience. 💛

" I would very much like to reach out to my husband's brain-injured and handicapped support groups, as well the US SERVICE DOGS , to eloquently describe my experience in dealing with a harsh and difficult customer service group of PUCKPUPPY, bordering on the unethical treatment of those who cannot deal for themselves, have no voice , and cannot find appropriate carry space for their service animals. To the handicapped and the brain injured, I would firmly say that my husband was severely disappointed, as well, to unwrap a PUCKIPUPPY TRIKE with a torn or slit seat. But having dealt first with one issue with such a unempathetic and tremendously uncaring customer service team at PUCKIPUPPY, I chose to let all of Trustpilot readers be warned of dealing with PUCKIPUPPY in any capacity. If one is difficult in sending an inferior product or accepting a return for a US SERVIC DOG TO ONE WHO IS NOT COGNITIVE TO HELP THEMSELVES, others should be forewarned in doing business with PUCKIPUPPY under any circumstance. They have so many hoops to jump through that you know that they are never going to make it right. It was a different email every day for a simple return and their slit seat. It is a shame to the handicapped community and the Special Olympics. All such groups should stay clear of a sham "customer service: which is usually so simple when you spend 1300.

Santa Claus brought me a new puppy for Christmas and I love it. The Corgi PUCKIPUPPY bike is so well designed, it's amazing. I live in the mountains and this bike has more than enough power to climb any hill or hills for miles. All the controls are at your finger tips. The brakes are the best for stopping. I like sitting up on a bike like I used to have when I was a kid, teenager. It has the design of a BMX bike frame on steroids. I'm 66 and this bike brings back my youth. I have had contact with customer service about the handle bars, missing some paint on one area and they are sending me new ones. That is great customer service. I can't think you enough PUCKIPUPPY for this great product. I give this company a 6 star rating.

I recently purchased the PuckiPuppy Husky Trike and I'm pleased with the results. It's a game-changer for my ability to get around with more independence and comfort. It has a low step through frame, making it easy to get on and off without straining. I have limited flexibility, so this design is a plus. Even on bumpy gravel or inclines, I can ride without feeling uneasy. Just slow down for the turns! For me, this trike was a good choice. It’s a way for me to stay active, be outdoors, and maintain some independence in day-to-day life. Highly recommend!
