We purchased 2 Samoyed Bikes this year, yet we only took them out about 4 times so far, It has been a Wonderful Experience. I was very Surprised of how the Quality of all the accessories, besides the bikes and Awesome Bike Rack was. Im glad my husband did all the leg work of E-Bikes, and found your to be the Best. So Thank You Puckipuppy for the Awesome Bikes you make. Laura Wilks

My husband and I researched ebikes for weeks and decided to purchase through Puckipuppy Bikes. We were not disappointed. They were delivered less than a week after we ordered them. They were easy to assemble and came with everything we needed. We both love the "beefy" look and the secure feeling we get when riding them. We are in the above 55 age range so we use them to tootle around home and when we go camping. They make riding a bike a breeze.

I have had 2 minor issues both caused by my own actions, customer service has been incredible, they have helped me to fix the problem, quickly and easily without charging me for replacement parts. My bike is awesome and the performance is better than I had hoped. I love these guys, what an amazing ride and great company.

I have researched E bikes for a year and finally settled on the Puckipuppy boxer. Based on reviews and customer service I was pleasantly surprised when I finally received my bike. I was greatly surprised with the extras it came with a stock purchase. The bike performs well and is very comfortable in town and the trails as well. I was so happy I recommended it to 2 friends and they also purchased bikes as well. Thanks again

I recently purchased the Puckipuppy Boxer, I noticed a chip in the paint about a week after receiving it and am not sure when the it was chipped. I contacted support about getting some touch-up paint or some codes to have some paint made up. They asked me when I thought the chip may have happened and if I could send them a picture of the chip, after replying and sending them a picture may next response from them was that some paint was being shipped to me to make the repairs at no charge to me. This is my third ebike purchase and first from Puckipuppy and I plan on my forth ebike bike being purchased from Puckipuppy brand. I am very please with their quality of product and a great support team after the purchase.

I purchased the Beagle 2 and I’m very satisfied. The price was right, shipping was fast, and it was packaged well — no damaged parts at all. I got the accessory pack too, and everything is good quality. Assembly was easy, even for me (and I’m not handy) — it took less than an hour, using a video from a private owner as a guide. The build quality is excellent. Comfy seat. It’s a heavy bike, but that’s normal for good electric bikes — just check the weight to be sure you’re comfortable with it. Customer service has been great — This bike matches those big name bikes at a much less price. Highly recommend!

I bought this bike for my son and at 1st everything was great. About 6 months into ownership I started having all sorts of mechanical problems. Support runs you around in circles asking me the same question or unrelated questions. I have been waiting over a month for the parts I need. I would not recommend buying one of their bikes.

Dear Steve, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the mechanical issues you’ve experienced and the frustration caused by the delays and our support process. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We understand how important a reliable bike is—especially when it's for your child—and we regret that we’ve fallen short of your expectations. Our support team’s intention is always to resolve issues efficiently, and we apologize if our communication felt repetitive or unhelpful during the process. Regarding the delay in parts, we acknowledge the inconvenience and are actively working to improve our logistics and parts availability to prevent similar delays in the future. We appreciate your patience and would like to make things right. Our after-sales support manager will be reaching out to you directly to ensure this issue is properly addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. Sincerely, Puckipuppy
