PUCKIPUPPY BIKESReviews of puckipuppy.com

I’ve got a Boxer ST from Puckpuppy, and man, I’m obsessed! This bike is a total game-changer—super sturdy, rides like a dream, and handles everything I throw at it. The design’s sleek, and it’s comfy for long rides, which is huge for me. Puckpuppy nailed the quality, and it’s clear they care about the details. Honestly, it’s been a blast cruising around on it, and I’d recommend Puckpuppy to anyone looking for a reliable, fun ride. Can’t wait for my next spin!

Puckipuppy is my lovely bike, is buiterfull, strong, fast and the costumer support is amazing every step I did strong recommend for anyone looking for the electric bikes, thank you puckpuppy!

I ordered the Labrador Pro and it was delivered within days! The assembly instructions were very easy to follow and took about 30 minutes to assemble. I have been riding roads and single-track trails; the bike performs great! The shifting is very smooth, the power is there, the suspension is good for what I'm riding, the battery holds a good charge. The package included all sorts of extras, bike lock, lights, cargo basket, pump, cover and extra parts. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Received a phone call the day the Puckipuppy bikes arrived. They left a message and wanted to know that everything was up to our expectations. Received another phone call and spoke with representative. All parts were easy to put together. What’s going on? Great experience!

My husband and I ordered two Puckipuppy bikes. The assembly was easy. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Great quality bikes and great customer service!! I definitely recommend these bikes!!

The customer support has been superb. I asked a question and received a response within a day that was complete with pictures and marked up diagrams to explain the answer. I responded to their answer and thank them for it and received a reply back thanking me for thanking them. As far as modern customer service goes it was a breath of fresh air. Good job to Puckipuppy for having world class customer service!

The customer service has been fantastic they have gone above and beyond to help me with any problems that i have had. I bought the Beagle ST and I ride everyday

E-bike arrived a week earlier than expected. Would say only negative is the weight of the bike. With racks added, pushing 80 lbs.! I would suggest for elderly individuals, those with limited ability to lift leg or short individuals to consider one of the bikes without a top tube for easier step through.
