I ordered a Labrador Pro with the accessory package and the spare battery. I received a tracking number for the accessories and soon to follow one for the battery and one for bike. The bike arrived earlier than expected. The bike was well packaged with minimal assembly required When I installed the rear rack and tried to connect the taillight the connecting wire was too short and wouldn’t connect. I contacted Puckipuppy and sent photos. They told me how to gently ease the cable along the frame to make the connection. I did by removing a few zip ties and got enough length to connect. Checked light and it worked. Puckipuppy’s customer support both on the phone and email were quick to respond and very helpful in helping me resolve my issue. I’ve had the bike on a few rides and enjoyed the smooth ride. I would recommend this company for anyone interested in an ebike

I bought the Boxer ST several months ago and this is my first E Bike. Assembly instructions/video were easy to follow. The ride is smooth and the acceleration is impressive. I weigh about 180lbs and the pedal assist gets me up steeper grades nicely.

I ordered an e_ bike for my grandson to use in college. I am very frustrated with customer service . They got my order all wrong, emai wrong , and when I checked the tracking number they gave , the destination address was also wrong I contacted and emailed them numerous time and they never responded. Very poor service. I still would love to have them correct my order and expedite it to me.please and thank you.

Puckipuppy’s customer service is excellent. I made an error during the purchase process for my order. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Joseph, who began the process to correct my issue. Zero followed up with emails as well and was patient with me as well.

After being a bit frustrated with not getting anyone on the phone I did get an immediate response from support by email which I appreciate. They were kind enough to replace a malfunctioning part on our bike after a fall. I have purchased 2 bikes from this company. Hopefully we can continue to have great service and peace of mind while enjoying riding our bikes.

I ordered my Beagle 2 ST and received it, packaged up nicely. My husband and I put it together in less than an hour, very easy! I had a couple of glitches and Zero at their customer service walked me through them and without truly needing to, helped me on some components. What great support these people have at Puckipuppy. Plus, aside from that, what a great bike! I love this bike! It’s smooth, built well, solid, and very easy to see the display and operate the pedal assist. I’m impressed!
